So... I think I can dance

1. I am a professional dancer...when I am on my treadmill I can mind dance with the best of them.

I am a professional choregrapher...my mind dances bring tears to the eyes of all who witness them.

I love So You Think You can Dance because I daydream that I blow them all away with my gracefulness and insightful movements. I have just chosen to dedicate my life to having children and being available for their every desire and whim. However, it brings me comfort that at any moment I could walk into an audition and stop them in their tracks, leaving them begging for me to, not only be in the show, but they may very well just hand over the championship to me right there and then when they behold my interpretation of Jesus Take The Wheel to contemporary and modern dance.

Hubby and I went to the tour of the top 12 from the show...it was so fun! We saw Twitchington, and Chelsie, and Katie...none of whom were as good as me on my treadmill but hey, we can't all be the best. I am glad that I let them take their turn in the spotlight.

2. Numero dos said a really funny thing yesterday...he was arguing with me because he wanted to do something that I told him over and over that we weren't going to do it. Being the really good and gentle mother that I am I told him to "get over it" (I know, bask in my crappy mother moment :)) He replied with "NO!" (shocking in and of itself) and then he added "I not get over it! I get under it!" Then for added drama he added "Hmph!" with folded arms and pooched out lips. I called hubby right away to share the moment. He still didn't win.
